Has anyone tried a vapor separating fuel filter?

I just got my car back on the road after sitting for a while and the good ol vapor lock symptoms are back. Drive around the block and car starts up fine. Drive for 45 min on a hot day and the car won't start after a 5 min stop. I can get a stumbling start if I give it full throttle while cranking but will quickly die on its own. If I wait 30-45 min then it starts back up. So far no issues while driving.

Steps taken in the past:
Fuel pump moved to frunk.
The fuel lines were wrapped in exhaust wrap probably 15+ years ago. So those are on the list of things to replace
Running ethanol free gas

In googling around found wix 33040 vapor separator. It looks like it's designed for carbed cars but was wondering if it was still useful for our unique engine setups.

Another odd ball thought I had was coming up with a system that ran the fuel pump for 30sec, a minute or longer after the car is turned off to keep the fuel moving. I have a feeling that adds more risk than benefit.
