Julie & I have stepped up to coordinate this one. Mark your calendars and check back here to see how it developed. To start with we are looking at holding it at the Rodeway Inn. They quoted me a group rate of $80 for queen and $95 for two Queens.

Id offer my assistance but am concerned Id be over promising & under delivering based on my workload presently. But if you have anything you feel I might be of use. LMK It might be too early but, is the kart track at "Southern Oregon Speedway" going to be part of the mix? It was certainly the highlight of our last WCR visit to Medford IMO!! |
