What is find useful are the formulas to calculate the twisting force.
This helps to know the affect of the change when you have adjustable levers.

I am still working on making 16mm sway bars with adjustable levers to be able to have an effective range of a 15 to 19 mm bar.
We also have a bunch of sway bars ranging from 15 to 22mm with adjustable levers and Heim joint drop links. Bars, levers are restored. Working on restoring drop links and assembling with correct hardware.

Bruce,
Do you have bushings for these H&H drop links?

I have an h&h bar that needed bushings. Another member here made me up a set on his lathe. I think it’s pretty easy.
