Could be as simple as a slipping belt or failed voltage regulator. Or more complicated, bad wires and ground issues with the alternator or failed alternator.

If the tach also doesn't read, it's fuse #8.

Did this just start happening?

Is the belt on and tight?

With the engine running, measure all 3 wires for the alternator at the relay board connector to chassis ground. This will tell a lot of what is going on.

D+ should be 14V
DF should vary between 4-9V
D- should be zero

Vbattery should be 14V
