My fingers are sore. Had to remove the crappy black paint that covered the original metallic red.
It is off to paint and weld repairs.

Request whoever is painting it for you, to use a good epoxy primer to seal off and protect that metal for another 50 years!

you might consider cutting holes & welding supports for a F. sway bar beforehand

Yes. It is on the list.

It had an aftermarket underbody front bar with holes drilled in trunk. Folling them and going with a thru body bar
