Getting nostalgic about the many grassroots and commercial vendors that once supported our cars in the past. Some have passed, others are still around just not active in our 914 community. Thank you.

Remember to support our active vendors, they may not be here when you need them in the future.

Who do you remember that you can add to this list? Post away….

Grassroots vendors
Mark Engman – Various items
Dave Ellison – Triad mufflers
Craig Laughlin – Camp 914
James Thorusen – D-Jet testers
James – Redbeard – transaxle refurbishment
Rich Johnson - 914/6 motor mounts

Commercial vendors
Easy’s – Emeryville
Parts Heaven
John Williamson – Ottos
John Larsen – West Coast Garage
Al Reed – Wheel restoration
Doc & Cys
Automotion
Mitcom
Mark De Bernardi – Original Customs
Ron – Slits

@MB911 You count, but I was under the impression that this was a thread about inactive vendors, or vendors who have passed away. Jeff has a list of current vendors that I keep bookmarked, and you are on that list. If I were you I'd not be in a rush to be mentioned on this list (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Rich Johnston’s motor mounts are terrific! Also, his throttle rod assembly is great.

Bruce Stone contributed several restored items to my build. Great resource.

mb111 made some terrific heat exchangers and a classic muffler that work well.

Tangerine Racing has great stainless fuel and brake lines, and excellent shift rod kits.

JWest Rennshifter is superb.

Eric at PMB contributed great caliper restorations for two of my projects
